Work

Tech Setup for People and Small Businesses.

Domain, email, a website if you need one, and AI only where it saves time.

Small businesses and regular people get sold a stack they will never finish setting up. I help you pick a small set of tools that actually fit, then set them up.

That usually means a domain, email on that domain, a website if you need one, and AI or agents only where they save time.

What this can include

  • Domain registration and DNS that you can still explain a year later
  • Email on your own domain
  • A personal or small-business website
  • A restrained AI setup: which tools to pay for, which to skip, and a simple agent if there is a real repeatable task

What this is not

  • An operating system made of forty Notion templates
  • A custom app when a form would do
  • A retainer to do your digital transformation

How it works

  1. You describe what you are trying to do.
  2. I suggest a short stack and why.
  3. If you want, I set it up with you, or I do the parts that are annoying and hand you the keys.

I write about a lot of this on the blog: static sites, forms, hosting, and AI tools. The work here is the same idea, pointed at your situation. If you actually need a custom app, that is web app development.

FAQ

What does tech setup actually include?

Whatever you are missing from a short list: domain, email on that domain, a small website, and a restrained AI setup. We pick from that list. We do not install a drawer of mystery tools.

Is this only for companies?

No. Regular people who want a personal site, sane email, or help choosing AI tools are the same job, just with less branding.

Will you just pick an AI tool and leave?

I will tell you what is worth paying for and what to skip. If there is a real repeatable task, a simple agent can be part of it. If there is not, we stop.

Do I need a custom app?

Usually not. A lot of "we need a platform" is a website, a form, and email that works. If you do need custom software, that is web app work, not this page.
